EVF Showdown Event

Tickets
As we have multiple days of shows taking place, please ensure to check the date of your child's performance when booking. A breakdown of these is also on the theatres website. There are two performances on the day, one at 4:30pm and a second at 6:30pm - these will be the same programme.
Costume
We politely ask that each child provides basic garments for their piece. We do not expect parents to purchase items especially for the show - have a search at home and if you are having any problems sourcing the required items, please pop me an email and I'd be happy to assist.

All - Plain dark blue top and Black bottoms/leggings/shorts
Please ensure all items have your child's name in them, and are brought into school from the week commencing Monday 24th February in a bag clearly labelled with their name and school.
Transport
At the schools request please can you collect your child from the school at 12:30 on Monday 31st March to be taken straight to the theatre to aim to arrive between 13:00-13:15. Once the children arrive at the theatre they will be met by a member of the premier team in the foyer. Please contact the office if you are unable to transport your child to the theatre.
Lunch
Due to the children leaving school early they will need to have an early lunch. If you would like your child to have a school lunch please order on the school gateway as normal.
Snacks and Food while at the theatre
Please pack your child with a lunch box and snacks to eat while at the theatre. Children will eat at school before leaving, so an extra box of food and snacks is advisable to see them through until the evening.
Activities
Children are welcome to bring a book or a card game for in between performances. Please do not pack any valuables or electronics as we cannot take responsibility if these are lost or damaged.
Collection
The last show finishes at 7:30pm. Please collect your child from the Northcott (Barnfield) Theatre at this time. (Barnfield Rd, Exeter EX1 1SN)
