Exe ValleyCaretaker/Cleaner - Newton St Cyres
Applications are welcome from self-motivated and conscientious people to look after the site at Newton St Cyres School. This is a brand new school with excellent facilities and modern equipment to enable the site manager to take pride in keeping the building and grounds in first class condition. The postholder will be expected to be responsible for site security and general maintenance duties for 2 hours at the end of each day, including locking up. The cleaning part of the role is to clean the preschool building for 30 minutes each day, which can be done at a time to suit the postholder.
This is a permanent post to start as soon after as possible. The salary for this post is Grade C (£9.55 to £9.94 per hour depending on experience) for 39 weeks per year, which includes 5 non-pupil days or the equivalent, to be agreed with the Head of School.
