Thorverton Pre School is based within a wonderful purpose-built building here at Thorverton Primary School. There is a large, shared outdoor space, providing opportunities for exploration and learning in addition to a carefully considered and equipped indoor learning space. Our setting has a forest area where we hold Forest School sessions. These sessions provide valuable learning opportunities for the children, allowing them to become at one with nature while enhancing their sensory exploration. Through outdoor play and hands-on experiences, children develop confidence, curiosity, creativity, and a deeper understanding of the natural world. Children begin their inquisitive learning journey here and for those remaining at Thorverton, the transition to school is greatly enhanced by our proximity and links with the school.
